OFFENCES AGAINST THE STATE ACT, 1939 (MILITARY CUSTODY) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1940.

I, OSCAR TRAYNOR, Minister for Defence, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (4) of Section 50 of the Offences against the State Act, 1939 (No. 13 of 1939), do hereby make the following regulations, that is to say:—

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Offences against the State Act, 1939 (Military Custody) (Amendment) Regulations, 1940.

(2) The Offences against the State Act, 1939 (Military Custody) Regulations, 1939 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 288 of 1939), and these Regulations may be cited together as the Offences against the State Act, 1939 (Military Custody) Regulations, 1939 and 1940.

2. Regulation 40 of the Offences against the State Act, 1939 (Military Custody) Regulations, 1939 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 288 of 1939), is hereby amended by the deletion therefrom of the word " food."
