Amendment of section 34 of the Act of 1939. |
3.—(1) Sub-section (1) of section 34 of the Act of 1939, shall have effect as if there were substituted for the word “half-year” the words “levy period”. | |
(2) This section shall be deemed to have come into operation on and shall have effect as on and from the 1st day of January, 1940. |
