STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1939. No. 363.

AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (CEREALS) ACT, 1938 (SECTION 20 (2)) (EXEMPTION) ORDER, 1938 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1939.

WHEREAS it is enacted by sub-section (4) of Section 20 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1938 (No. 16 of 1938), that the Minister for Agriculture may by order under the said sub-section (4) revoke any order made under sub-section (2) of the said Section 20 :

AND WHEREAS the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1938 (Section 20 (2)) (Exemption) Order, 1938 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 127 of 1938), was made under sub-section (2) of the said Section 20 :

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SEAMAS Ó RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (4) of Section 20 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1938 (No. 16 of 1938), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows, that is to say :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1938 (Section 20 (2)) (Exemption) Order, 1938 (Revocation) Order, 1939.

2. The Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1938 (Section 20 (2)) (Exemption) Order, 1938 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 127 of 1938), is hereby revoked as on and from the 27th day of November, 1939.
