DISTRICT COURT (NEW AREAS) ORDER, 1927 VARIATION ORDER, NO. 68.

I, GERALD BOLAND, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (3) of Section 47 of the Court Officers Act, 1926 (No. 27 of 1926), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows, that is to say :—

1. The Schedule to the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927, (Statutory Rules and Orders, 1927, No. 103), is hereby varied as follows, viz. :—

In column 1 insert after the word " Tuesday " the words " and First Saturday ".

2. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Variation Order, No. 68), and will come into operation on the 1st December, 1939.
