STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1939. No. 122.

IMPORTED BUTTER (LEVY) (No. 2) ORDER, 1939 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1939.

WHEREAS it is enacted by Section 26 of the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935), that the Minister for Agriculture may from time to time by Order make regulations prescribing the rates of levy under Part IV of the said Act on imported butter and may at any time revoke any such Order :

NOW, I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 26 of the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do by this Order make the following regulations :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Imported Butter (Levy) (No. 2) Order, 1939 (Revocation) Order, 1939.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The Imported Butter (Levy) (No. 2) Order, 1939 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 61 of 1939), is hereby revoked.
