AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (EGGS) (CODE-MARKING) (No. 8) REGULATIONS, 1939.

I, SÉAMAS Ó RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Acts, 1924 and 1930, and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do by this Order make the following regulations:—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) (Code-marking) (No. 8) Regulations, 1939.

2. The particular mark to be used as the code mark for the purpose of Article 6 of the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Regulations, 1931 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 23 of 1931), being the Article inserted in those Regulations by the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) (Amendment) Regulations (No. 2), 1939 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 48 of 1939), shall be:—

(a) In respect of the period beginning on the 28th day of April, 1939, and ending on the 1st day of May, 1939, the figures 29, and

(b) In respect of the period beginning on the 2nd day of May, 1939, and ending on the 4th day of May, 1939, the figures 88.
