AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (EGGS) (CODE-MARKING) (No. 5) REGULATIONS, 1939.

I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Act, 1924 and 1930, and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do by this Order make the following regulations :—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) (Code-Marking) (No. 5) Regulations, 1939.

2. The particular mark to be used as the code mark for the purposes of Article 6 of the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Regulations, 1931 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 23 of 1931), being the Article inserted in those Regulations by the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) (Amendment) Regulations, (No. 2) 1939 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 48 of 1939), shall be:—

(a) in respect of the period beginning on the 10th day of April, 1939, and ending on the 12th day of April, 1939, the figures 22, and

(b) in respect of the period beginning on the 13th day of April, 1939, and ending on the 15th day of April, 1939, the figures 78.
