STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1939. No. 46.

ARTIFICIAL HORN ORDER, 1939.

WHEREAS it is enacted by sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the Creamery (Amendment) Act, 1934 (No. 33 of 1934), that the Minister for Agriculture may by order declare that the said Section shall apply to any specified description of business which consists wholly or substantially of the making for sale of any specified description of article of which a specified milk product or by-product is an ingredient:

AND WHEREAS casein is a milk product or by-product :

NOW, I, SÉAMAS Ó RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the Creamery (Amendment) Act, 1934 (No. 33 of 1934), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Artificial Horn Order, 1939.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

3. Section 5 of the Creamery (Amendment) Act, 1934 (No. 33 of 1934), shall apply to the business of making for sale artificial horn of which casein is an ingredient.
