AN ACT TO APPLY CERTAIN SUMS OUT OF THE CENTRAL FUND TO THE SERVICE OF THE YEAR ENDED ON THE THIRTY-FIRST DAY OF MARCH, ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND THIRTY-EIGHT AND THE YEAR ENDING ON THE THIRTY-FIRST DAY OF MARCH, ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND FORTY AND TO APPROPRIATE TO THE PROPER SUPPLY SERVICES AND PURPOSES THE SUMS GRANTED BY THE CENTRAL FUND ACT, 1939, AND THIS ACT. [19th July, 1939.]
