Restriction on work by industrial worker during annual leave. |
11.—(1) It shall not be lawful for any industrial worker, during any period of annual leave, to do for reward any industrial work. | |
(2) If any industrial worker acts in contravention of this section, such worker shall be guilty of an offence under this section and shall be liable on summary conviction thereof to the penalties mentioned in the Schedule to this Act. |
