INLAND WRITTEN TELEGRAMS.

THE TELEGRAPH (INLAND WRITTEN TELEGRAM) AMENDMENT (No. 5) WARRANT, DATED 28th NOVEMBER, 1938.

I, OSCAR TRAYNOR, T.D., Minister for Posts and Telegraphs, Éire, do by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Telegraph Acts, 1863 to 1928, and of every other power enabling me in this behalf, and with the consent of the Minister for Finance, Éire, order, direct, and declare as follows:—

1. This Warrant shall be read as one with the Telegraph (Inland Written Telegram) Regulations, 1920, dated 31st August, 1920.

2. On and from the date when this Warrant comes into operation Regulation 2 of the Telegraph (Inland Written Telegram) Amendment (No. 4) Warrant, dated 26th May, 1937, shall be amended by the addition of the following Clause:—

"VI. (a) For a telegram applying for a withdrawal from the Post Office Savings Bank, Dublin, 1s. 0d., and

(b) For the reply telegram authorising the withdrawal from the Post Office Savings Bank, 1s. 0d."

3. This Warrant may be cited as the "Telegraph (Inland Written Telegram) Amendment (No. 5) Warrant, 1938."

4. This Warrant shall come into operation on the first day of January, 1939.
