FOREIGN AND COLONIAL PARCEL POST.

DATED 18TH MAY, 1938.

I, the Minister for Finance, in exercise of all powers now vested in me by the Post Office Acts, 1908 to 1937, the Adaptation of Enactments Act, 1922 , the Ministers and Secretaries Act, 1924 , and of all other powers enabling me in this behalf, do, by this Warrant, made on the representation of the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs (testified by his signing the same), order, direct and declare as follows:—

1. This Warrant shall be read as one with the Foreign and Colonial Parcel Post Warrant, 1921, S. R. & O., 1921, No. 1513, and any Warrant amending the same.

2. On and from the date on which this Warrant comes into operation the delivery fee to be charged on each incoming parcel received from any place outside Éire prescribed in the Foreign and Colonial Parcel Post Amendment (No. 2) Warrant, 1924, dated 1st September, 1924, shall not apply to parcels received from any place in the Dominion of Canada.

3. This Warrant may be cited as the "Foreign and Colonial Parcel Post Amendment (No. 6) Warrant, 1938".

4. This Warrant shall come into operation on the 19th day of May, 1938.
