STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1937. No. 286.

CORK DISTRICT MILK BOARD (AMENDMENT) (No. 2) ORDER, 1937.

WHEREAS it is enacted by sub-section (3) of Section 6 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936 (No. 43 of 1936), that the Minister for Agriculture may at any time, at his discretion, by order, revoke or amend a milk (joint district) Order:

AND WHEREAS the following milk (joint district) order, namely, the Cork District Milk Board Order, 1937 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 91 of 1937), was made on the 25th day of March, 1937, and the said Order was amended by the Cork District Milk Board (Amendment) Order, 1937 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 199 of 1937), made on the 29th day of July, 1937:

NOW, I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (3) of Section 6 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936 (No. 43 of 1936), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Cork District Milk Board (Amendment) (No. 2) Order, 1937.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

3. Article 11 of the Cork District Milk Board Order, 1937 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 91 of 1937) is hereby amended by the deletion of the words and figures "1st day of December, 1937" (being the words and figures inserted in Article 11 of the Cork District Milk Board Order, 1937, by the Cork District Milk Board (Amendment) Order, 1937 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 199 of 1937)) and the substitution therefor of the words and figures "1st day of March, 1938" and the said Order shall be construed and have effect accordingly.

4. The Cork District Milk Board (Amendment) Order, 1937 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 199 of 1937) is hereby revoked.
