DISTRICT COURT (NEW AREAS) ORDER, 1927.: VARIATION ORDER, No. 54.

I, PATRICK J. RUTTLEDGE, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (3) of Section 47 of the Court Officers Act, 1926 (No. 27 of 1926), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows, that is to say:—

1. The Schedule to the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Statutory Rules and Orders, 1927, No. 103), is hereby varied as follows, viz.:—

Part of Schedule affected	County	Name of Court	Words deleted or inserted or other alteration
Part I.	Cavan	Ballyconnell and Bawnboy.	In column 1 delete the word "Bawnboy" and insert in lieu thereof the word "Swanlinbar". Delete also the words "Alternate months", and insert after "Third Tuesday, 11.30 a.m"., the following: "at Bally connell in the months of February, March, May, June, August, September, November and December, and at Swanlinbar in the months of January, April, July and October".
Part II.	Cavan.	Ballyconnell and Bawnboy.	In column 1 delete the word "Bawn boy" and insert in lieu thereof the word "Swanlinbar". Delete also the words "Alternate months", and insert after "Third Tuesday, 11.30 a.m"., the following: "at Bally connell in the months of February, March, May, June, August, September, November and December, and at Swanlinbar in the months of January, April, July and October".

2. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Variation Order, No. 54), and shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1938.
