DUBLIN METROPOLITAN TAXIMETER AREA ORDER, 1937.

DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND PUBLIC HEALTH.

THE ROAD TRAFFIC ACT, 1933 .

SECTION 132.

The Minister for Local Government and Public Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 132 of the Road Traffic Act, 1933 , in consultation with the Minister for Justice, hereby orders as follows, that is to say:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin Metropolitan Taximeter Area Order, 1937.

2. The area described in the schedule to this Order shall be a taximeter area for the purposes of Part VIII of the Road Traffic Act, 1933 .

SCHEDULE.

DESCRIPTION OF AREA.

The area consisting of the County Borough of Dublin, together with such portion of the County of Dublin (including the Borough of Dun Laoghaire but not including the urban district of Howth) as lies within a circle with a radius of ten miles having its centre at the General Post Office at O'Connell Street in the City of Dublin.
