CONDENSED MILK (BOUNTY) ORDER, 1937.

WHEREAS it is enacted by Section 34 of the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935), that the Minister for Agriculture may from time to time by Order make regulations prescribing the rates of bounty under Part VII of the said Act on milk products and may by any such Order prescribe different rates of bounty on different substances and on different classes (defined in such manner as the said Minister shall think proper) of the same substance and the date on which any particular rate of bounty shall come into force:

AND WHEREAS by virtue of Section 3 of the said Act, Condensed Milk is a milk product for the purposes of the said Act:

NOW, I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do by this Order make the following regulations:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Condensed Milk (Bounty) Order, 1937.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

3. The rate of bounty on Condensed Milk (full cream) shall be one shilling and fourpence the hundredweight and such rate shall come into force as on and from the 1st day of May, 1937.
