NON-CREAMERY BUTTER (BOUNTY) (NO. 4) ORDER, 1936, REVOCATION ORDER, 1937.

WHEREAS it is enacted by sub-section (1) of Section 34 of the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935), that the Minister for Agriculture may at any time by Order revoke any bounty Order made under the said Section 34 and which is for the time being in force :

NOW, I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (1) of Section 34 of the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935,) and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the Non-Creamery Butter (Bounty) (No. 4) Order, 1936, Revocation Order, 1937.

2. This Order shall come into force on the 1st day of May, 1937.

3. The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

4. The Non-Creamery Butter (Bounty) (No. 4) Order, 1936, (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 374 of 1936) is hereby revoked.
