Definitions.

1.—In this Act—

the expression “the Minister” means the Minister for Industry and Commerce;

the expression “the Acts” means the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Acts, 1933 to 1936;

the expressions “milling licence”, “preliminary quota period” and “quota year” have the meanings respectively assigned to them by the Acts.
