Dublin Hospitals Act, 1937

Definitions.

1.—In this Act—

the expression “the Minister” means the Minister for Local Government and Public Health;

the expression “the Principal Act” means the Dublin Hospitals Regulation Act, 1856;

the expression “the Board” means the Board of Superintendence appointed under section 11 of the Principal Act.
