CHEESE (BOUNTY) ORDER, 1936.

WHEREAS it is enacted by Section 34 of the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935), that the Minister for Agriculture may, from time to time, by order make regulations prescribing the rates of bounty under Part VII of the said Act on milk products, and may at any time by order revoke or amend any such order and may by such order prescribe the date on which any particular rate of bounty shall come into force :—

AND WHEREAS by virtue of Section 3 of the said Act raw cheese and processed cheese are milk products for the purposes of the said Act :

NOW, I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do by this Order make the following regulations :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Cheese (Bounty) Order, 1936.

2. The Intrepretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of I923), applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

3. The rate of bounty on raw cheese shall be eighteen shillings and sixpence the hundredweight, and such rate shall come into force as on and from the 1st day of April 1936.

4. The rate of bounty on processed cheese shall be twenty-one shillings and sixpence the hundredweight and such rate shall come into force as on and from the 1st day of April, 1936.
