SALE OF MILK (IRELAND) REGULATIONS, 1901 (REVOCATION) REGULATIONS, 1936.

I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the joint operation of Section 4 of the Sale of Food and Drugs Act, 1899, and the Agriculture Act, 1931 (No. 8 of 1931), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order and make the following regulations, that is to say :—

1. —(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Sale of Milk (Ireland) Regulations, 1901 (Revocation) Regulations, 1936.

(2) These Regulations shall come into force on the 1st day of April, 1936.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of these Regulations in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

3. The Sale of Milk (Ireland) Regulations, 1901, are hereby revoked.
