Short title and citation.

5.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Registry of Friendly Societies Act, 1936.

(2) The Building Societies Acts, 1874 to 1894, and this Act may be cited together as the Building Societies Acts, 1874 to 1936.

(3) The Industrial and Provident Societies Acts, 1893 to 1913 and this Act may be cited together as the Industrial and Provident Societies Acts, 1893 to 1936.

(4) The Friendly Societies Acts, 1896 and 1908, and this Act may be cited together as the Friendly Societies Acts, 1896 to 1936.
