Definitions. |
1.—(1) In this Act the expression “the Principal Act” means the Rates on Agricultural Land (Relief) (No. 2) Act, 1935 (No. 30 of 1935). | |
(2) Every word or expression to which a particular meaning is given by sub-section (1) of section 1 of the Principal Act for the purposes of that Act shall (save as is otherwise expressly provided by this Act) have in this Act the particular meaning so given to it. |
