Disposal of fines. |
3.—Neither sub-section (4) of section 51 of the Courts Officers Act, 1926 (No. 27 of 1926), nor any order (whether made before or after the passing of this Act) under the said sub-section shallapply to any fine imposed in respect of an offence against any order made under the Principal Act and which is so made (whether wholly or partly) by virtue of the extension effected by this Act of the power conferred by section 22 of the Principal Act. |
