Acquisition of land by councils. |
12.—The provision of courthouse accommodation in pursuance of this Act shall be part of the powers and duties of a council within the meaning of sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Local Government (Ireland) Act, 1898 , and that section as amended by section 68 of the Local Government Act, 1925 (No. 5 of 1925), shall apply and have effect accordingly. |
