WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION ACT, 1906.

REGULATIONS DATED 16TH APRIL, 1934, MADE BY THE MINISTER FOR INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE UNDER SECTION 12 OF THE WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION ACT, 1906.

In pursuance of the powers conferred on him by Section 12 of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1906, as adapted by the Adaptation of Enactments Act, 1922 , and all other powers thereby him enabling, the Minister for Industry and Commerce does hereby make the following Regulations:—

1. The Regulations dated 22nd day of November, 1932 (S. R. and O., 1932, No. 118), are hereby revoked.

2. These Regulations may be cited for all purposes as the Workmen's Compensation Returns (Revocation) Regulations, 1934.
