THE TELEGRAPH (INLAND WRITTEN TELEGRAM) AMENDMENT (No. 2) WARRANT, DATED 2ND NOVEMBER, 1933.

I, GERALD BOLAND, T.D., Minister for Posts and Telegraphs, Saorstát Eireann, with the consent of the Minister for Finance, Saorstát Eireann, do by virtue of the power vested in me by the Telegraph Acts, 1863 to 1928 and of every other power enabling me in this behalf, hereby make the following Regulation:—

1. This Warrant shall be read and construed as one with the Telegraph (Inland Written Telegram) Regulations, 1920, dated 31st August, 1920 (hereinafter called the "Principal Warrant"), and all Regulations amending the same.

2. On and from the date as from which this Warrant comes into operation Regulations 5 (2) of the Principal Warrant shall be read as if the words "one mile" were inserted therein instead of the words "three miles" wherever the latter words occur.

3. This Warrant may be cited as "the Telegraph (Inland Written Telegram) Amendment (No. 2) Warrant, 1933."

4. This Warrant shall come into operation on the third day of November, 1933.
