IRISH LAND COMMISSION. | ||
Whereas it is Enacted by Section Five of the Land Act, 1933 , that Part II of that Act shall come into operation on such day as the Minister shall by Order appoint to be the Appointed Day for the purposes of that Part of the Act. Now I, Senator Joseph Connolly, Minister for Lands and Fisheries, in exercise of the power conferred upon me by the aforementioned Section and of every other power enabling me in that behalf do hereby Order and Appoint the Sixth day of February, 1934, to be the Appointed Day for the purposes of Part II of the Land Act, 1933 . | ||
