Inspection of registered premises.

14.—(1) Any inspector shall be entitled at all reasonable times to enter any registered premises or any premises in respect of which an application for registration under this Part of this Act has been made and to inspect such premises and the plant, appliances, and equipment therein and all cattle, sheep, beef, veal, mutton, and lamb in such premises and to observe all or any of the processes used in the business carried on in such premises.

(2) Every person who shall obstruct or impede an inspector in the exercise of any of the powers conferred on him by this section shall be guilty of an offence under this section and shall be liable on summary conviction thereof to a fine not exceeding five pounds.
