Applications for registration of premises.

11.—(1) Every application for the registration of premises in a register kept in pursuance of this Act shall be made by the proprietor of such premises in writing in the prescribed form and manner and shall contain the prescribed particulars.

(2) On every application under this section for the registration of premises there shall be paid in the prescribed form and manner to the Minister the fee of ten shillings, and the due payment of such fee shall be a condition precedent to the entertainment of the application by the Minister.

(3) The Minister shall not register any premises in a register kept in pursuance of this Act unless or until he is satisfied that such premises comply with all (if any) relevant regulations and bye-laws made by the local sanitary authority.
