Exercise of jurisdiction by the Circuit Court and county registrars.

38.—(1) The jurisdiction conferred by this Act on the Circuit Court shall be exercised by the Judge of the Circuit Court for the time being assigned to the circuit appointed by Rules of Court and at the place in such circuit specified in such rules.

(2) Where any matter or thing under this Act is to be done by, or to the county registrar, then the same shall be done by or to the county registrar appointed in that behalf by Rules of Court.
