Application of section 12 of the Local Government Act, 1927 . |
3.— Section 12 of the Local Government Act, 1927 (No. 3 of 1927), shall not apply to houses in relation to which any relief in respect of rates is given by section 13 of the Housing (Gaeltacht) Act, 1929 (No. 41 of 1929). |
