MILK PRODUCTS (CHEESE) ORDER, 1933.

WHEREAS it is enacted by sub-section (1) of section 35 of the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1932 (No. 10 of 1932), that the Minister for Agriculture may, from time to time, by order under the said sub-section declare that any milk product (not being butter or a specified milk product) specified in such order shall be a milk product to which Part VII of the said Act applies and whenever any such order is made and is in force the milk product specified in such order shall also be a milk product to which the said Part VII applies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (1) of section 35 of the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1932 (No. 10 of 1932), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling do hereby order as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the Milk Products (Cheese) Order, 1933.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

3. Cheese is hereby declared to be a milk product to which Part VII of the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1932 (No. 10 of 1932), applies.
