Railways Act, 1933

Definitions.

1.—In this Act—

the expression “the Principal Act” means the Railways Act, 1924 (No. 29 of 1924);

the expression “the Minister” means the Minister for Industry and Commerce;

the expression “the Company” means the Great Southern Railways Company;

the expression “capital stock” includes debenture stock.
