09/05/1932: HOUSING ORDER, 1929 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1932

WHEREAS in pursuance of the Housing Act, 1929 , the Minister for Local Government and Public Health did by Order under his Official Seal entitled the Housing Order, 1929, make and prescribe certain rules, regulations, conditions and other matters for carrying the said Act into effect:

AND WHEREAS it is expedient to amend Article 8 of the said Housing Order, 1929, in manner hereinafter appearing:

NOW THEREFORE, the Minister for Local Government and Public Health, in exercise of the powers vested in him by the Housing Act, 1929 , as amended by the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1931 , and of all other powers in this behalf enabling him does by this his Order, order and direct as follows, that is to say:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Housing (Amendment) Order, 1932.

2. Article 8 of the Housing Order, 1929, shall be amended by the omission in paragraph (1) thereof of the words from the word " together " to the end of the paragraph, and in paragraph (2) thereof of the word " chimney breasts."
