STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1932. No. 113.

DAIRY PRODUCE ACT (COLLECTION OF FEES) ORDER, 1932.

WHEREAS it is enacted by Section 2 of the Public Offices Fees Act, 1879, as adapted by or under the Adaptation of Enactments Act, 1922 (No. 2 of 1922), that the fees payable in any public office shall be collected either in money or by means of stamps or partly in one way and partly in the other way, according as may be from time to time directed by order of the Minister for Finance:

AND WHEREAS the Office of the Minister for Agriculture is a public office within the meaning of the said Act, and the Office of the Principal Chemist of the State Laboratories is also a public office within the meaning of the said Act:

NOW, Therefore, the Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 2 of the Public Offices Fees Act, 1879, as adapted by or under the Adaptation of Enactments Act, 1922 (No. 2 of 1922), and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the Dairy Produce Act (Collection of Fees) Order, 1932.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1889, applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas passed before the 1st day of January, 1924.

3. The fees payable in the Office of the Minister for Agriculture and in the Office of the Principal Chemist of the State Laboratories respectively, under the Dairy Produce Act, 1924 (No. 58 of 1924), shall be collected in money.

4. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1933.
