STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1932. No. 110.

STREET TRADING (CITY OF DUBLIN) REGULATIONS AMENDMENT ORDER, 1932.

WHEREAS it is enacted by section 13 of the Street Trading Act, 1926 (No. 15 of 1926), that the Minister for Justice may by order make regulations for certain purposes therein specified :

AND WHEREAS the Street Trading (City of Dublin) Regulations, 1926, the Street Trading (City of Dublin) Regulations, 1926, Amendment Order, 1929, and the Street Trading (City of Dublin) Regulations, 1926, Amendment Order, 1930, were made under the said section :

NOW, I, JAMES GEOGHEGAN, Minister for Justice, by virtue of the powers conferred on me by section 13 of the Street Trading Act, 1926 (No. 15 of 1926) and of all other powers enabling me in this behalf do hereby order as follows :—

1. In this Order—

The expression " the Principal Regulations " means the Street Trading (City of Dublin) Regulations, 1926 ;

The expression " the Amending Regulations " means the Street Trading (City of Dublin) Regulations, 1926, Amendment Order, 1929.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923) applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

3. The Principal Regulations shall read and have effect as though the words " Henry Street " were inserted after the words " Parliament Street " in clause 3 of the Principal Regulations and in Sub-note 5 of Form II in the Schedule to the Principal Regulations.

4. So much of the Amending Regulations as require the words " Upper and Lower Camden Street " to be read into Paragraph 3 of the Principal Regulations and into sub-note 5 of Form II of the Schedule to the Principal Regulations shall cease to have effect and the Principal Regulations shall be read and construed accordingly.

5. —.(1) This Order may be cited for all purposes as the Street Trading (City of Dublin) Regulations, Amendment Order, 1932.

(2) The Principal Regulations, the Amending Regulations, the Street Trading (City of Dublin) Regulations, 1926, Amendment Order, 1930, and this Order may be cited together as the Street Trading (City of Dublin) Regulations, 1926 to 1932.
