THE LOCAL APPOINTMENTS (SANITARY INSPECTORS) ORDER, 1932.

DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND PUBLIC HEALTH.

THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES (OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES), ACT, 1926.

The Minister for Local Government and Public Health, in exercise of the powers vested in him by Section 2 of the Local Authorities (Officers and Employees) Act, 1926 , does hereby, with the concurrence of the Local Appointments Commissioners, declare the office of supervising sanitary inspector in any county borough and the office of sanitary inspector in any county borough, county health district or urban district under Section II of the Public Health (Ireland) Act, 1878, to be, respectively, offices to which the said Act applies.

Given under the Official Seal of the Minister for Local Government and Public Health, this Twenty-sixth day of October One Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirty-two.
