THE FOREIGN ANIMALS ORDER OF 1932, No. 2, REVOCATION ORDER.

ORDER OF THE MINISTER FOR AGRICULTURE.

(DATED 16TH SEPTEMBER, 1932.)

The Minister for Agriculture, by virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in him by the joint operation of the Agriculture Act, 1931 (No. 8 of 1931), and of the Diseases of Animals Acts, 1894 to 1932, and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, hereby orders as follows :—

1 Revocation of Order prohibiting the bringing into a Port in the Saorstát of animals from the United States of America.

1. The Foreign Animals Order of 1932, No. 2, is hereby revoked from and after the date of this Order.

2 Short Title.

2. This Order may be cited as the Foreign Animals Order of 1932, No. 2, Revocation Order.
