THE DUBLIN AND BLESSINGTON STEAM TRAMWAY (ABANDONMENT) ORDER, 1932.

THE DUBLIN AND BLESSINGTON STEAM TRAMWAY (ABANDONMENT) ORDER, 1932, MADE BY THE MINISTER FOR INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE ON THE 11TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1932, PURSUANT TO SECTION 2 of THE DUBLIN AND BLESSINGTON STEAM TRAMWAY (ABANDONMENT) ACT, 1932 .

WHEREAS it is enacted by Section 2 of the Dublin and Blessington Steam Tramway (Abandonment) Act, 1932 , that the Minister for Industry and Commerce may, by order made with the consent of the Minister for Finance, appoint a day to be the appointed day for the purposes of that Act:

NOW, THEREFORE, the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs, as agent for the Minister for Industry and Commerce, in the exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister for Industry and Commerce by section 2 of the Dublin and Blessington Steam Tramway (Abandonment) Act, 1932 , and of all other powers him in this behalf enabling does hereby appoint the first day of January, 1933, as the appointed day for the purposes of that Act.

BY ORDER of the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs as Agent for the Minister for Industry and Commerce.
