THE FOREIGN ANIMALS ORDER OF 1932, No. 2.

(Dated 4th May, 1932.)

The Minister for Agriculture, by virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in him by the joint operation of the Agriculture Act, 1931 (No. 8 of 1931) and of the Diseases of Animals Acts, 1894 to 1914, and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, hereby orders as follows :—

1. Unless and until it is otherwise ordered by, the Minister, the Foreign Animals Order of 1931 shall be read and have effect as if the United States of America were omitted from the list of countries specified in the First Schedule to that Order.

2. This Order shall come into operation from and after the date hereof.
