THE ROAD TRANSPORT ORDER, 1932.

The Road Transport Order, 1932, made by the Minister for Industry and Commerce on the 31st day of March, 1932, pursuant to Section 3 of the Road Transport Act, 1932 .

WHEREAS it is enacted by Section 3 of the Road Transport Act, 1932 , that the Minister for Industry and Commerce may by order appoint a day to be the appointed day for the purposes of that Act.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Sean F. Lemass, the Minister for Industry and Commerce, in the exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 3 of the Road Transport Act, 1932 , do by this Order appoint the twenty-fifth day of July, 1932, as the appointed day for the purposes of that Act.
