Rate of bounty on milk products.

36.—(1) The Minister may make regulations prescribing the rate at which bounties are to be paid under this Part of this Act in respect of milk products and different rates may be prescribed in respect of different milk products.

(2) Until regulations are made under this section prescribing the rate at which bounties are to be paid under this Part of this Act in respect of bulk cream, the rate per pound of the butter equivalent of bulk cream shall be two pence.

(3) Until regulations are made under this section prescribing the rate at which bounties are to be paid under this Part of this Act in respect of any milk product (other than bulk cream) the rate per pound of the butter equivalent of such milk product shall be two pence.
