Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1932

Orders prohibiting import of certain dairy produce.

23.—(1) The Minister may from time to time by order (in this Part of this Act referred to as a prohibition (import) order) prohibit the importation of any particular class or classes of dairy produce.

(2) The Minister may at any time by order revoke a prohibition (import) order for the time being in force.

(3) Whenever a prohibition (import) order has been made in relation to any class of dairy produce, then so long as such order is in force the importation (otherwise than under and in accordance with a special licence granted under this Part of this Act or an exemption order made under this Part of this Act) of such class of dairy produce shall be added to and included in the Table of Prohibitions and Restrictions Inwards contained in section 42 of the Customs Consolidation Act, 1876 , and that section shall have effect accordingly.
