Revocation of passenger licences.

17.—(1) The Minister may at any time revoke a passenger licence upon the application of the licensee thereunder.

(2) The Minister may at any time on his own motion and at his absolute discretion revoke or suspend for such period as he shall think proper an annual passenger licence on any ground on which he is authorised by this Act to refuse an application for the renewal of such licence.

(3) The Minister may at any time on his own motion and at his absolute discretion revoke an occasional passenger licence.
