Confirmation of byelaw in Schedule. |
1.—The Pilotage Byelaw set out in the Schedule to this Act and duly made by the Dublin Port and Docks Board in exercise of the powers in that behalf vested in it by virtue of the Pilotage Act, 1913 , is hereby confirmed and it is hereby declared that the provisions of the said Byelaw shall have full force and effect. |
