The Minister for Local Government and Public Health in exercise of the powers vested in him by section 14 of the Local Government (Dublin) (Amendment) Act, 1931 , does by this his Order, appoint the Fifteenth day of October, 1931, to be the appointed day for the purposes of the said Act.
