FOOT AND MOUTH DISEASE (IMPORTED PACKING) ORDER OF 1923 AMENDMENT ORDER OF 1931.

The Minister for Agriculture, by virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in him under the Agriculture Act, 1931 , the Diseases of Animals Acts, 1894 to 1914, and of every other power enabling him in this behalf, hereby orders as follows:—

On and from the date hereof, the Foot and Mouth Disease (Imported Packing) Order of 1923 shall be read and have effect as if the Union of South Africa were excluded from the Schedule to that Order.
