THE FOREIGN ANIMALS ORDER OF 1931, AMENDMENT ORDER.

The Minister for Agriculture, by virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in him under the Agriculture Act, 1931 , the Diseases of Animals Acts, 1894 to 1914, and of every other power enabling him in this behalf, hereby orders as follows :—

On and from the date hereof, the Foreign Animals Order of 1931 shall be read and have effect as if the Union of South Africa were excluded from the First Schedule to that Order.

Given under the Official Seal of the Minister for Agriculture, this twenty-ninth day of May, Nineteen hundred and Thirty-one.
