Assessment of Compensation.

Definition in relation to Part VII.

38.—In this Part of this Act the expression “compensation under this Act” shall be construed as equivalent to the expression “compensation under Part III . of this Act, compensation under Part IV of this Act and compensation under Part V of this Act” or any such compensation.
